From October 21st to 24th, the 6th Cranial Nerve Academic Conference of the 1st Cranial Neurosurgery Professional Committee of Shandong, Provincial Pain Medical Association, and The Forum of Cranial base Endoscopy and Functional Neurosurgery were successfully held in Jinan. Hosted by SDAPM and undertaken by the Department of Neurosurgery of the Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated with Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Provincial Hospital).
This forum focused on cranial base endoscopy and functional neurosurgery, and invited Professor Yu Yanbing(Director of Neurosurgery of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of the National Health Commission); Professor Yao Yong(deputy head of the Pituitary Center of Peking Union Medical College Hospital); Professor Zhang Li(deputy director of the Department of Neurosurgery of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital of the National Health Commission); Professor Meng Fangang(deputy director of the functional neurosurgery ward of Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University); Professor Tao Yingqun(Chief Physician of Neurosurgery, Northern Theater General Hospital); Professor Yu Wenhua(a member of the Neurosurgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association); and other well-known domestic experts in cranial base endoscopy and functional neurosurgery gave excellent academic reports.
The neurosurgeon tools and equipment of micro-scalpel, independently developed and produced by Bohai Kangyuan Medical Devices Co., Ltd., was honored to be recognized by the experts and speakers at this conference. At the same time, during the meeting, many participating experts went to the product display area to observe the micro-scalpels and simulated the operation as a trial.
BHKY's neurosurgery series of micro-scalpel are innovative products developed after thorough discussions and demonstrations by clinical experts. The micro-scalpel series has a unique design allowing operators to accurately scrape and dissect fine tissue under the microscope. Clinical verification suggests that it can make microsurgical operations safer, precise, and more efficient by shortening the operation time and improving the surgical effect and the success rate of the operation. Clinically, it is especially suitable for the surgical treatment of neurosurgical micro-tissues, especially the separation and cutting of micro-vessels and nerve tissues.
